Les Grands Moulins de Mauritanie (GMM) is one of the largest agro-food platforms in Mauritania. A key player since their creation in 1999, GMM has been a major contributor to the flour needs of the Mauritanian market. We have also diversified into animal feed and pasta manufacturing with the largest production unit in West Africa.
We fully integrate and control our distribution network with our own fleet of vehicles and sales team mainly from bakeries and retailers in Nouakchott.
GMM is also the partner of many companies for the assistance or outsourcing of business services (purchase of raw materials and import-export) and logistics (especially on the port of Nouakchott).
Our civic commitment also led us to create on our site in 2015 a bakery training center and demonstration unit model poultry farm.
